I've finally found something
slightly more fancy
than my stand-by foodploitation site:
foodgawker.com.

I say "slightly" because I have noticed many shared posts between the two sites, but foodgawker has a lot more recipes and foods from restaurants, methinks.

So I may use tastespotting more in practice, but it's good to have fancy culinary goals set forth as well... after all, I made my first reduction last weekend (!), which I fancily drizzled on this baby:
